I have recently switched to Geico because State Farm was incredibly difficult to work with and cost me way too much for the service I was receiving. Melissa was nice but her staff were unhelpful and rude. I never felt listened to and never understood the changes that would happen randomly with my insurance. Whenever I needed to make a claim, they were difficult and made me jump through a hundred different hoops to actually file a claim. I ended up switching to Geico because it was cheaper for the same coverage. It was also ridiculously easy to switch but State Farm made getting a refund difficult and took them well over six months to send me my refund check. I would not recommend them to anyone and would highly recommend Geico. I have never had an issue with Geico and have had to make several claims for windshield damage. They even helped me rent a tow truck when my car broke down.
