he is really friendly and explained everything about the policy i was getting in detail. He made sure i didnt have any questions before i left. his costumer service was really good. He was polite and shook my hand and looked me in the eyes. He didnt make any promises about what price i would have to pay. He was quick with getting me a great policy at a much lower rate then my other insurance company had given me. He smiled the whole time i was there and acted like he genuinly cared about getting me the best deal possible. I told him my current situation with my other insurance company and he seemed like he honestly cared about what i was saying to him. i never had to repeat myself he was very attentative.
