One of the main things that stands out to me is that his front office staff remember who I am and small details about myself that they have learned from previous conversations. I have had to contact them a couple of times due to vehicle accidents, and they have been very empathetic while explaining the process I would need to go through and walking me through each step. The actual agent himself is friendly and professional. I haven’t had to deal with him directly much since the first visit to sign up for policies, as his office staff take care of all of my day-to-day needs; however, I do feel that if I were to ask to speak with him directly that this would not be a problem either for him or for his staff.
I have been with State Farm for years. When I moved to Fort Smith I picked this agent because his office is close by. I am happy with my choice. They have always been friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have. They have worked with me to find the best auto insurance available for my needs. Any time I call they either have the answer I am looking for or find the answer and call me back. I have even sent a few friends to them for their auto insurance needs. State Farm has always treated me well and this agent is a good representation of their business. I would not hesitate to recommended someone stopping by and talking to them about their insurance needs. They are good people.
