He was overall a pretty good agent. He always would call back immediately once called and usually answered my questions fairly quick. He is very knowledgeable, so that is very helpful. I have never had any problems filing claims or anything like that. The only real problem I have with him is the price of my insurance with State Farm which he will not help me find a discount. Because it is so overpriced, I am looking into getting quotes from other Insurance companies. Overall, though as an agent he knows what he is doing and has always treated myself and my family very well. I hate having to ask around for better quotes, but the prices that he has to offer are not competitive with other insurance companies in the area unfortunately.
