We left State Farm 5 years ago and switched to Battle Page due to the insurance rates being much lower. Kim has been our agent since then and has put up with constant policy changes such as adding cars, drivers, etc. She is very prompt in her responses whether it be emails or phone calls. This particular incident involved adding new car to the policy as well as a young driver. She provided a quote to me before we actually bought the car and asked leading questions to make sure that I received the lowest rate possible. We did run into a bit of confusion however because I ended up purchasing the vehicle on a Saturday. Even though the office was closed, I sent an email asking how we were to handle the insurance. I received a response back within an hour. Great company, great people.
