Rick is a very good insurance agent. He is very polite and does a good job attending to his customers’ needs. He will go out of his way to make himself or his staff available to help whenever possible. I have only had a few issues with my car, but he was very helpful during that time. The prices aren’t the best around, but the service has been good and the insurance is convenient. I can do anything I need to do online and not have to worry. His office is very helpful about reminders and calls to keep me in the loop. I will look around once my policy expires as it is not the cheapest around, but I will keep him as my first choice because of the good service.
