i’ve had insurance with wayne since i was able to drive. he has always teken care of me. i’ve had a few accident and wayne took care of everything quickly and efficiently. he’s always there if i have problems or questions with my policy. i always feel like a valued customer every time i come into his office. every one is polite and helpful, and every one know me by my first name there. i went to school with wayne’s daughter, and i have known them as long as i can remember. wayne has won many awards for his service to the insirance industry. he is very good at his job, but i believe it is his caring nature and positive outlook that set him aside from other agents i have met.
