My family has had insurance with them for many years and they have always been helpful, we have had problems with Rockford Mutual but not the insurance agent. I have dealt with them on a few occasions and she has always been very kind and helpful with any questions or concerns i might have regarding the insurance policy. I have family members who also use this insurance agency and they also speak highly of it. The only real problem I’ve ever had occurred recently when Rockford Mutual, who this insurer gets some their insurance through, changed around there payment dates ans made it so 2 payments were due in the same month. This was an annoyance but my agent was very helpful in getting the issue resolved and in the end it all worked out.
