I first got acquainted with AAA insurance in 2001. I lived in Greenbriar at the time and for the type of coverage I needed, no one could match his prices. Since joining his firm, I have never had an issue with anything being covered. There was an incident once about 3 years after receiving coverage from them, I let my brother borrow my truck to move some furniture and unfortunately, he was involved in a minor fender bender. Needless to say, Joe and Adele called me to ask how things were and if it were anything they could do to help to speed up the process of covering the damages, and were also considerate to ask me personally if it were anything they could do to make the situation easier. From that point, I made sure that I would never have Insurance from any other agent.
