They generally find the lowest prices for the general insurance I want. Sometimes they screw up and I have to go talk to them. The associates are not the best schooled they could be. If Lisa, one of the owners take a look at the policy she can usually find a much better policy at much lower cost. An example would be a motorcycle policy. The associate wrote up a policy for around $500 a year. I balked. Lisa took a look at it and ended up with just as good a policy for only around $100. Left a sour taste in my mouth, but at least she caught it. I always have her review any policies after that. The homeowners policy has been ok. No problems in that area. Soon I’ll be able to drop my automobile policies to liability only. That will be good.
