We went in originally to find out about bundling our auto and home insurance with State Farm. We currently have a different company for our insurance, and their service is not up to par. We were frustrated with how we can’t really get in touch with these people usually. So we stopped into a local State Farm office and got hooked up with Randy. He was a super nice guy, so knowledgeable. It ended up State Farm was going to be a little more than we wanted to pay for insurance. Disappointed because we did want to work with him, we left. He called us back and offered us some great rates on life insurance, which we were into looking at getting. We ended up both getting policies with him. We would have never even really considered it this young if he wasn’t such an outstanding service representative.
