I moved to this area a little over a year ago and needed a local agent. I used American Family before I moved so looked for an agent that carried American Family in this area. At first I went with an agent in Port Orchard as that would have been closer to me but that agent closed down. So I looked online and found Tim Lopez. He answered all my questions over the phone and then I drove there to start my coverage and sign the papers. He is professional and all the girls that work in his office are nice and helpful. When my coverage was about to run out – the policy had run its course – they emailed me to let me know. I really liked that.
