I lived in WI previously and had a WI State Farm policy, then when the DMV notified me my car with AZ plates needed an AZ insurance policy my fiancé told me to contact his agent Scott Madison. Even though my cost initially went up when switching to a new AZ policy, I know I’m getting the discounts I qualify for since it seems like they check for everything. Scott and his assistant Ron Dalee are so helpful anytime I have any insurance questions. I’m confident that they’re getting me all the discounts they can, they respond to my questions promptly and in detail whenever I consider purchasing a new vehicle or changing something on my policy, and overall just provide great customer service. I’ve been with State Farm for a long time and Scott and Ron definitely keep me a customer.
When registering for insurance, I knew nothing at all but Scott helped me find what was right for me. I have only been involved in one collision and the claim was completely effortless on my side. I love this agency and I think Scott is a great agent. I am glad I chose State Farm to be the one handling my insurance details and claims. I am still young and am working on bettering my record and dropping some of my rates and hopefully dropping my premium as well. Again, I can only stress how easy and smooth the process of making a claim was and I do not feel like I am getting ripped off. This is why State Farm is my personal choice and the choice of my family.
