I honestly have very little contact with my agent. My payments are set up to come out automatically, and I receive emails to verify this. I enjoy the low payments, although they do email me a bit too much. I honestly never pay attention to it at all. I have far too much going on in life (children, work, etc) to pay attention to my insurance other than insure that I have it. I have never had an accidents since I had this insurance, so I can’t really say about that portion of it. My husband has them however, and backed into our friend’s car a year ago. The whole process was very smooth and he experienced no problems filing his claim. Of course his premium went up, but that’s any insurance agency.
