I went over to this agency because I was recommended by a friend, I was in the market for homeowners insurance and the company I currently had was refusing to cover me. I got ahold of Mickey and was able to get a policy with a great rate the same day. I have been with him for about 10 years now and have never been dissapointed. When it came time to add my husband to the policy he made the change seamless and answered all the questions I had. He gives me updates regularly on ways to make sure I am insured and covered for anything that might come up. He is always available to talk to and the other staff in his office is very helpful if he is no available right away. I have never had a problem getting answers to questions or making changes to my policy. I am also satisfied with the pricing I get from this agency.
