Quentin is a friend of mine and I approached him about switching insurance from State Farm to him. He gave me a quote via email and the price was much cheaper so I was happy about that. I agreed to switch everything over to him. He let me know that he would contact my current provider and cancel everything with them and I didn’t have to do any work in the process. Quentin failed to call my current agency so I was charged by State Farm and Liberty mutual for the same month of insurance which overdrafted my account.
Additionally when I got my statement from Liberty Mutual my monthly amount was more than agreed upon. Overall I am not very happy about the mistakes that were made. It is disappointing to have someone who is a friend not give you great service.
