We had found this agent will looking for a new insurance agent. Our last one had poor costumer service and was very expensive. I had called a around and found the rates through Denny very reasonable. During our time with them we have had to file 2 claims, one for our house and one for the car. The house had received damage to the roof during a tornado and Denny was very prompt in helping us resolve the problem. We had the work completed and paid for in just under a week. The claim for the car was the result of being rear ended and the other driver drove away. Not only was the car damaged but I was injured as well. Denny helped walk me through the paperwork required for my injuries as those were the most confusing and filed the vehicle damage claims so I could get the bumper fixed. He has been very helpful and I would recommend him to others.
