This agent was very nice and friendly when you spoke to him in person or on the phone. However, it was very difficult to reach him. Sometimes his hours aren’t exactly accurate. He chooses not to come into work when the sign says he should be open. He was helpful in ensuring that I got the lowest price on my insurance which was fine at first, but he also encouraged illegal activity. I am moving to a new state and he suggested that I leave my address in my previous state so that I could get cheaper insurance. Lying about your address for a cheaper insurance is premium is most definitely insurance fraud. I understand he wanted to give me the best deal, but I was very set back by his suggestion. I’ll be transferring my insurance to a new agent in a different state.
