This agency/agency has been easy to work with as there were some issues in my state of North Carolina. For some reason the state of North Carolina thought that two out of my three cars were not registered for insurance. Thus sending me a letter that I would have to give up my license plates if insurance documentation wasn’t sent immediately. I contacted my insurance agent at State Farm Insurance to tell them this was needed to be done immediately, as this is put into the police system about license plates if they were to pull you over. State Farm immediately faxed over the information to the state. But turns out the state had made a mistake. Between verification from State Farm Insurance and myself we were able to fix the problem immediately.
