This insurance company provided more coverage, including an umbrella policy, than my old old policy for less money. The insurance broker is a family friend and I do not think that played a role in the price or coverage at all so I am really impressed with the coverage and cost. Althought we have not had to submit a claim, they have been great to work with. They seem to be responsive and really interested in my best interest. They recently released a new app and that has been really good too. I really like their attention to detail and ability to find me answers when I need them. I have another policy, flood insurance, with another company and hope to move that over to this agent but am waiting until I can get a good understanding of that insurance. This is the first time we have had that type of insucance so I am not too comforatble with it at this point.
