Rich Long made the experience of purchasing insurance enjoyable. He treated me like a friend and backed that up with meaningful and hard work. When issues arose, he took ownership and dealt with them quickly. I’m used to insurance agents trying to upsell on different products that I do not need, but he took the information that I gave him, came back with a great quote, and didn’t try to make a dollar off of me. Agents at big name agency’s treat you like a statistic and make the insurance industry seem like an overly data driven and impersonal business, but Rich changed my view of that and helped me to see that I can really benefit from knowing all the options available. I would absolutely recommend Rich Long for anyone searching for a new insurance provider.
