I have been using Joseph Tingen as my insurance agent for about 10 years. During this time I have had several different types of insurance including homeowners, auto, and boat. My experience has been good but I wish he would be on the lookout for cheaper rates and better coverage rather than I having to do all the shopping and comparison and then take that to him to execute new contracts. I feel as though the agent should be an advocate for the buyer/customer and should provide services beyond the submission of the policy. During this time I have had 2 claims, 1 auto and 1 homeowners. When my cars and home were damaged by hail Joseph started the claim process and did a very good job of following the process from start to finish.
