I was recommended this agent by my father. I called Michelle and left a voice mail and she returned my call in 15 minutes, I told her about the kind of insurance I was looking for (personal auto insurance) and what my budget was and she asked me to give her 10 minutes. Within 10 minutes she returned with a list of options and was very attentive to let me know of the coverage differences of each insurance. I ended up choosing the Allstate car insurance from what Michelle told me (it seemed to have the best cost benefit for the coverage offered) and I couldn’t be happier about my choice. I have the cheapest insurance within my circle of family and friends with whom I talked about this matter and I owe this to Michelle, she was very practical, honest and professional. I highly recommend her services.
