We needed homeowners insurance because the rates with the old company were getting unreasonable. So we found an agent that was really close to home, literally walking distance. Allstate is a big reputable company so we went in and found their rates was exactly what we were looking for. She was there and were were immediately attended to and she quickly went over the type of options that was available. This was totally different from the old company because we actually had to set up an appointment with them and that was kind of inconvenient. She was very accommodating and was able to really go over all the different packages in a reasonable time and manner. She also had a computer presentation that made our purchasing decision alot more easy. It was really enlightining and so we came to a good decision fairly quickly. Since then she has been a very good agent in addressing any needs or issues we have had to have.
