Michael Henderson is a great insurance agent. My realtor recommended him when I bought my first house twenty years ago. He was interested in my choice of neighborhood and recognized that I was looking to make money by locating in a neighborhood that was due for appreciation. I used him again when I sold that house and moved to a more established neighborhood, again looking to maximize my chance for appreciation. During that time, I did have a claim and he gave me good information on how to approach the claim process. When I needed better auto insurance, I was able to get on board with a policy that gave me a discount for having both auto and home. I am now in my third home with the same insurer and agent.
