We have received the worst customer service and care from Chase Johnson and his incompetence at not only taking care of our insurance in a timely manner. It was so hard to get in touch with him and when I did he was hollering at me! Like seriously hollering. I’ve never delt with anyone as terrible as this man and I highly recommend going to ANY other insurance salesman (as they’re a dime a dozen) and do not get involved with him. I have no clue how he has a job. Our insurance is still messed up and we are having to go through other agents to correct his mistakes.
I recently purchased a home and was having trouble getting quick turnaround on quoted to get an insurance binder for closing. I got a referral from my realtor who had worked with this agent several times including for his personal insurance. I called Chase and he was able to get me a quote for better coverage than I had previously for a lower price. I also had him look into my auto insurance and he was able to get lower pricing on that as well. On auto, I recently had a $0 windshield repair claim that would have cost me a full deductible under my previous insurance agency so it is already paying for itself. I cannot recommend looking into getting new insurance providers every few years enough to keep rates down.
