Our other State Farm agent retired and transferred all her clients to Cindy Nguyen. Unfortunately her office has not been as easy to work with as our former one. My family has used State Farm for longer than I have been alive so they don’t want to switch to a new company. We may look for a different agent to represent us. They are also unorganized with keeping up on payments. Many times they sent letters saying we had not paid our bill yet we actually did pay online. They also have not been helpful with trying to lower our bill at all. My mom bought a new car and they quoted her an expensive amount on the car and she did get cheaper quotes than from other companies but I am not sure if she will end up switching or not.
