It has not been a pleasant experience. The people that work in his office seem like they are very new and constantly mess things up that we request. We have had to change some things in the past and it always takes several calls to get it right. The agent is not as attentive as the previous agent and has never personally called our house. His employees are not very good in the art of customer service so it seems to me like this entire office needs some training and support from corporate. Due to this and getting a better quote from a competitor, I am likely to move my business to this other carrier. Ive enjoyed the state farm brand but this office really let me and my family down.
