I switched agents after purchasing a new car and being unable to get my current agent to call me back or get my policy changed. I was frustrated and upset and finally gave up and called Wilbert’s office. Within hours, they were working on my new policy and trying to move my policy to their office. They stayed on top of everything and kept in contact during the process so I wouldn’t worry. Sure enough, a few days later and they were all set. I had my updated auto policy in hand, it had only gone up a few dollars, and I’d had some of the best customer service from his staff that I’d ever experienced. I was sold and promptly referred a few friends. Since then, I’ve had to call a few times with questions, and every single time it’s been just like before.
