He is easy to work with but it is hard to catch him in the office. He is always in and out. He works to find the best deal when you can catch him. The receptionist is very nice and helps as much as possible. The only issue I had and in my opinion was a large one, was that I was not told that I have a deductible with my comprehensive coverage and I specifically told him I wanted no deductible so when I needed to use it. It was not worth my time and I ended up paying out of pocket to replace my windshield. I was not happy about that but i immediately changed my coverage so that I now no longer have a deductible. Other than that my experience has been good.
