Ryan is a very friendly guy and easy to talk to. He didn’t try to upsell me and honestly tried to find the correct products to meet my needs. Unfortunately his office management skills and ability to use quoting software leaves much room for improvement. It took over two weeks to get my insurance purchased and when I did finally get it purchased, the amount charged was more than what I was quoted. On two previous occasions the quotes given to me did not match what I was quoted over the phone. After finally being billed, I contacted Ryan to have him fix the error and he quit responding to my communications. At that point I decided to contact Metlife directly and cancel all of the insurance contracts and request a refund.
