Lastly, Scott is a true professional and works to make every customer comfortable and at ease when seeking a new insurance plan or updating a current insurance plan. He is a great person and a great insurance agent to work with!”

2. My mother and her husband had a fire in their home in the past and recommended this agent when we purchased our own home and were in need of home insurance. We had a flooding issues at our home and had no issue with handling the claim. Unseasonable rains had caused severe flooding that compromised our basement and sub cellar areas. Our insurance also covered a mishap when a neighbor inadvertently broke a car window in our driveway with a rock that flew out of his lawnmower. In both instances the agent was easily available to us and made the claims process very quick and easy. He was quick to respond to our phone calls and was expeditious in getting the matters settled and making us whole for the damage.

3. I switched to this agent for my car insurance after a bad experience with another company. I had a wreck last yer and the other company handled it terribly. The process of switching was rather easy and the office assistants at Scott’s office helped me greatly. I was able to ask questions at all times. I had no problem getting ahold of someone if I had a question, and I’ve called them many times about different issues. Scott has a great personality and seems honest when I ask questions. He lets me know what is reasonable and what isn’t. I feel like I also got a reasonable price for my policy. I never had any issues that I can remember. I don’t regret switching at all and this is a lot better than my last insurance company.
