We have been with this agent for approximately 15 years. In that time, we have had to add and/or delete various vehicles from our policies. We have had zero claims on Car, but have had one Homeowners claim that was handled promptly and professionally. The office is conveniently located for us. Staff is available to help us if we simply walk in without an appointment. Phone calls are answered by humans rather than computers, and answers are either given immediately or the office researches and returns our call with the proper information. The State of Missouri requires proof of insurance to renew vehicle licenses. On more than on occasion I have had facsimiles of proof on insurance emailed to me. We had some issues with one of our vehicles having the proof of insurance uploaded to the Missouri Department of Revenue to facilitate online license renewal, but never determined if the fault was that of the agent’s office or the state. The problem was resolved.
