I used to often receive a mail stating a reduction in insurance cost. I believed State Farm is a dependable brand. The mail from this specific agent was convincing. It is better to work with an expert to save money and get the best service. I could reach my agent on Saturday and after 5 pm through appointments. I was satisfied with the insurance company’s handling of claim. The agent was available whenever i had a need. The agent was customer focused, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I did shop around and found the price competitive, insurance was available nation wide and high end service. The quality of coverage was impressive and he was available whenever i needed help. From this perspective, even price appeared secondary to the quality and service oriented mind set.
