My husband’s family all use Carolina Espinoza. When were looking for car insurance, we were on a very tight budget. When we mentioned we were looking, his mother suggested her, and stated that the price of insurance was very low. We did not expect this from a larger company, but she was correct. We started using her a few years back, and we have had very few issues.
The only time we had an issue is when she kept trying to add a family member who had separate insurance onto our policy. We had to contact her multiple times and explain the situation, because someone from their office was calling the other family member all the time, and they did not even drive at the time.
I do not think this was her fault, I think it was one of her staff. When we finally spoke to her directly about it, the situation was corrected. We have not had any problems since that time.
