Hannah was wonderful from the moment we spoke to the very end of the process. She initially dealt with my fianc���� and he was given a quote, which she emailed to him. Once I looked it over I had some questions, to which she contacted me. She was extremely helpful and patient with all of the questions I had and had all the answers right away. She didn’t seem pushy as if she was just trying to up sell us, as most agents would do; she genuinely cared about us and our needs. She did go over additional insurance we may want to consider, being new home owners but she never pushed anything on us. As most people know, there are a lot of terms and wording that the typical person doesn’t understand and when I asked, she went over each item with me and explicitly explained them. I would recommend her to anyone whose needing auto or home insurance.
