Ted Kiesling was very helpful in reviewing my current situation and needs to insurance. Each time that my situation has changed, bot him and his staff have been very helpful in recommending, and reviewing the different options that I had available. I have had 2 claims in the 20 years that have had Ted as my agent. Once was for a break-in in my vehicle, and the second was a small traffic accident, that was not my fault. Each time I had to call the office the staff immediately responded, and made sure I knew exactly what to do, and were able to walk me through the process. Periodically I will call, when I am considering purchasing a new vehicle, or looking to make some changes with my current policies. Each time Ted and his staff have asked the important questions, and made sure that I understood my policies, and that I was happy with them. I am very happy with the customer service that I have received so far from them. I will continue to use them, and have recommended them to my friends and family.
