Amanda Verde is very good at customer service. She is attentive and goes out of her way to do everything she can for you. I have never had issues getting in touch with her when I needed to. That for me is the most important thing when dealing with an insurance agent or company. The price is a little higher than I have paid with other companies, which is why I gave a 4/5 but I feel that sometimes it’s worth it to pay a little more to get the service you want. Her office is very close to where I live, which is also a huge plus for when I need to see her face to face. I can also make payments online, which is like having the best of both worlds.
