I had to change agents because I moved to a different state. I wanted to stay with the same company, State Farm, because I have compared rates a few times over the years and State Farm has always been the least expensive. I called a local agent’s office, Kathleen Clouden, to transfer or set up a new policy and the process was very easy. It took a few minutes as she went over the different types of coverages and how much they cost because she believed I had entirely too much of some coverage (that was costing me unnecessary money) and not enough of other coverages. She explained it well and I completed agreed with her. I feel I have the most appropriate coverage for car and renters that I can and for a great price. I really feel that she did more for me the first time I talked to her than previous agents that I had for years ever did. The local DMV also insisted on an insurance statement (card) that was less than 30 days old and then after providing that, insisted we have our middle names printed on the card. Cathleen’s office faxed both immediately to the DMV with no problems. I have really appreciated her helpfulness in every interaction.
