Although I have not met Mr. Kropp yet, all of the staff in his office that I have met or spoken with have been friendly, polite, and helpful.
I moved here about a year ago and had no problems at all with getting set up here at this agent. I have been a State Farm customer for over 10 years. I’ve always had a good experience with them and Mike Kropp’s office is no exception.
I have made several changes in my policies and there has never been a problem with that. My account is usually handled by Stephanie, and she is very good at listening to what I need to have done. I have also had a couple of claims and dealing with those has also been hassle-free. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this agent to other people I know.
