1. This agent typically applies requested changes to my policies quickly and accurately. Although there have been some minor problems with coverage being activated, it was corrected quickly and without any issues. Someone is always available to answer the phone and transfer me directly to my agent. She is always kind, courteous, and professional when I deal with her. She has never placed any pressure upon me to buy specific coverage or with a specific company. She has always given me a choice and provides all pricing upfront, which is always accurate. There are never any surprises or changes in the prices of my policies without fair warning, at which time, annually, I am given the choice to change insurance companies. If I choose a different company, my agent is very pleasant and readily makes the changes, as requested.
