The customer service has been excellent, and the costs are below most other insurance carriers. Furthermore, I had a claim, and it was handled fast and professionally. My agent is courteous and really shows he cares. They are a small agency so I never have any problems getting a hold of people there. My agent continually updates me on price breaks, and makes sure I have the right coverage’s for my car and house. I enjoy asking my agent questions, and appreciate all of his feedback. I have automatic billing set up, and it was very easy to set up. Over all, love my insurance carrier, and would recommend them to other people. They also have a long track history of providing good service to other members of the community, and they too provided great reviews.
