The agent fist called to asked if we had any questions about our insurance. I stated the premiums had gone up a ridiculous amount. she said she will look into it. She called back the next day with a few options we could choose from. She recommended we get a wind mitigation survey to reduce the cost, she recommended an inspector and he arrived withing a couple of days and sent the information to her. She called with a policy that lowered our bill by 40%. She handled all the paper work quickly and showed me she was actually concerned about us getting the best value. She took care to make sure we would be happy with the new carrier and was very helpful and friendly through the whole process. I would highly recommend anyone to use her to find the best policy available.
