Rising costs go up every 6 months, regardless of safe driving. It would be nice if they could offer a reward program of some sorts. The customer service ladies that answer the phone could use additional training. I’ve constantly had to call back and have mistakes fixed when certain things in my policy would be messed up. It wasn’t earth shattering errors, but it was enough to effect your pocket enough to make you bring it to their attention and get things fixed. There really isn’t any other issues that I have with the company, but I have considered multple times to move on to another insurance company. Possibly geico, as they seem to be just a notch above state farm, and when I had geico, it was the best.
