Nicole Beck is a very friendly licensed insurance agent at Garland Insurance Agency. She helped us to purchase our auto insurance for the next six months up front at a discounted rate. She was knowledgeable and to the point. The office was clean, and there was virtually no wait time. However, she said that she was going to email us a quote for home insurance and did not email it. So we called about a week later for the quote, and was told that she was going to write one up and call us right back. She never called back, and we are now considering going somewhere else for a quote, because we would like to get our home insured as soon as possible. We will try one more time.
