I was referred to Joedy from a friend. I reached out to her by text message and within the same day I was provided a quote by email. The quote was significantly less expensive than other quotes I have received. Joedy was excellent in explaining everything and setting up a time for me to visit the office and finalize everything. On that day I drove to her office and spent what must have been less than 15 minutes reviewing everything and switching my insurance. She handled all of the automatic withdrawals for my future payments and was a pleasure to work with. She let me know that she can get me a better rate on my homeowners as well, so as so as my escrow reaches the end of its first year I plan to call Joedy and switch my home insurance with her as well.
