I’ve used John for over 5 years as my insurance agent and he’s always gone above and beyond to find me the best deal. I first used him when I needed to find a homeowners insurance policy to cover our house that had a wood shake roof that most companies don’t cover. He looked far and wide and found a very reasonable deal for us and since home and auto are always cheaper bundled, we moved our auto insurance to Mercury as well. Even though we ended up selling our house shortly after and moving a considerable distance away, we continue to use John for all our insurance needs which include auto and renters now. He consistently checks in with us to make sure there haven’t been any major life changes and is always kind and thorough in our phone calls and communications.
