Dan is always attentive and available. Him and his wife Jeanette own and operate the agency. When I signed up Dan saved me a significant amount of money. I had no issues or anything in the first two 6 month renewals that I needed Dan for anything. Upon the beginning of my second year with Dan and auto owners my rate increased. I was not upset as insurance is known to go up but I called Dan anyways. He did an initial policy review over the phone with me to see if I was missing any discounts available. I was not. Dan asked me a few additional questions and asked if he could shop” my policy for me. He was taking my info to his other available companies to see if he could do better for me elsewhere. Within twenty four hours Dan got back with me and told me he could again save me some money. I was elated. The transition to the new company was painless and Dan was still my agent. I was a happy camper and saved money for a second straight year. I will continue to be a client if Dan’s for as long as I can.
