I’ve been with this agent for over ten years now, and overall I’ve been very satisfied. At first things were a little shaky; there were problems and mistakes that really shouldn’t have been happening. It was never anything too serious though. The last seven years or so have been great with this agent. I’ve had a lot of different problems that never seemed to be hard to get taken care of. Whenever I call I am always helped with whatever problem I have. If the person I want to talk to isn’t in, I always get a call back in a very short amount of time. I’ve even been contacted after their office hours when I needed help with something. Recently I needed a tow and I was immediately reimbursed for it.
