About two years ago I had Geico and was being charged an arm and a leg, my best friend told me about Gus and State Farm. He gave me Gus’s card to call him and get a quote, I went into his office the next day and he was extremely polite and actually cut my car insurance in-half compared to what I was paying before. He was extremely professional and cordial. Since then I have only been in one accident, a minor fender bender, when I called Gus he was extremely patient and helpful with the situation, my monthly insurance cost did not rise and somehow he gave me a one time amnesty on my deductible for the accident so I ended up paying nothing out of pocket for it. I am extremely loyal to Gus and I assume he is the same to me and the rest of his customers.
